
Gutter-Go – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Gutter-Go. By accessing or using our website, ordering services, or completing an online quote or purchase, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Gutter-Go provides online quoting, scheduling, and payment collection for gutter replacement, gutter guards, downspout replacement, and related services.
All work is performed by qualified installation partners (“Service Providers”) contracted by Gutter-Go.
2. Online Estimates
Our system uses satellite imagery, public records, and customer-provided details to create instant estimates.
These are preliminary estimates based on available data.
All jobs are reviewed within 3 business days of ordering.
If the final measurement differs from the estimate by more than 10%, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
If you decline revised pricing, your order may be canceled and your deposit refunded.
3. Deposits, Measurement Verification & Payments
$79 Deposit Requirement
All gutter projects require a $79 deposit to get started. This deposit secures your project and initiates our measurement verification process. The $79 will be applied toward your final invoice.
Digital Measurement Verification
After the deposit is received, our Operations Team will order digital measurements of your home’s gutter system to verify the total linear footage and confirm your online estimate.
If the verified measurements differ from the quoted amount by more or less than 10%, our Operations Team will contact you to review and confirm the updated figures prior to production.
No work will proceed until you approve the revised pricing.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise noted.
Payments may be made by credit card or other approved methods.
Gutter-Go reserves the right to cancel orders for incomplete information, out-of-service-area addresses, or safety concerns.
4. Scheduling & Access
After review, customers will receive a tentative installation window. Weather, material supply, or crew availability may adjust the schedule.
Customers agree to:
Provide clear access to the home and work areas
Remove pets, vehicles, and obstructions
Allow installers safe access to rooflines and ladders
Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.
5. Service Area
Gutter-Go currently operates only within the state of Pennsylvania.
Orders outside Pennsylvania may be declined or held until future expansion.
6. Warranties
Gutter-Go installations include:
A 5-Year workmanship warranty, unless otherwise specified
Manufacturer warranties for materials used
Warranties do not cover damage caused by storms, improper home maintenance, or third-party alterations after installation.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order prior to installation.
Deposits are refundable unless:
Materials have been special-ordered
Installers arrive and work cannot proceed due to lack of access
The customer refuses updated pricing outside the 10% tolerance range
If Gutter-Go cancels an order, deposits are refunded in full.
8. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, the customer certifies that:
They are the legal homeowner or authorized agent
The property is safe for ladder and roof work
Information provided through the online form is accurate
Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay installation or require revised pricing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Gutter-Go is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to fascia, roofing, siding, or framing
Water intrusion unrelated to gutter installation
Landscaping or minor cosmetic disturbances caused by access equipment
Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service.
10. Use of Subcontractors
Work may be performed by independent Service Providers vetted by Gutter-Go.
By accepting these Terms, you authorize Gutter-Go to subcontract work as needed.
11. Website Use
Customers agree not to misuse the website, attempt to bypass pricing systems, or scrape data.
All content, design assets, and branding are property of Gutter-Go.
12. Privacy Policy
Customer information is stored securely and used only for:
Quoting
Scheduling
Service delivery
Communication and updates
We do not sell customer data.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Any disputes must be resolved in Pennsylvania courts.
